Very neat and clean rooms. Very helpful people around. They allowed me for an early check-in at 7am that was a really good of them usually hotels charge extra for early check-in. Location is bang on everything is within walkable distance. Beach was just behind the guest house. We enjoyed our stay. Next time would definitely visit here.
The owner Mr Jyoti , hardly see a cruel person like this guy He is very nice before booking , after that shows his true colour. thanks for your inhuman respond and loosing the future business. Its really bad experience we had during our interaction. Stay away of it.
1. No toiletries provided.
2. Water shortage in the morning.
3. Took so much time in preparing the room even when we had advanced booking and checked in at 4:30 PM.
4. We received just washed wet sheets when we asked the staff for blankets! Pathetic experience to say the least.
5. The main staff member is helpful.
Sorry to say, I was fooled by impressive reviews. Even after checking in the late night the owner forced us to leave early next day saying 12 to12 is the time mentioned in booking website. At checking in he did not captured our login time, signatures or ID proof. Also he made us upgrade our rooms by collecting money directly. Isn't that against rule? He talks about rules in ousting the customers, not in his works. Very rude, no wonder most rooms were vacant. Do not recommend at all.
The room was ok, but fan and AC had soo many issues! Fan won't run on any of the level other than 5, AC's remote is of no use! Location was Okayish!
worst experience staying here. I have booked 1 non Ac room & 1 Ac room, the Ac was not working, lock was also not in working condition. I checked in at night around 11.30 pm & there was no one at that time to guide us properly, inspite of me informing them about my arrival at evening. The rooms were full of mosquitoes and the rooms were stinky too. Toilets were also not cleaned properly. Luckily I spent only one night here as I checked out the next morning. This stay was the worst stay in my life. Please dont book this guest house by looking into the pictures posted, all of them were taken once the guest house was built, nothing is in good condition now. The location of the guest house itself is a minus, it was very difficult to find it. I strong recommend everyone not to book here just for low pricing.Book here at your own risk!
The Hotel is located at a Walkable distance from Mamallaburam Bus stop. Budget friendly. Bike rental at Rs.500/ per day is available nearby which is very helpful in exploring the city. Overall good stay. In particular the toilets are very clean and hygiene.
Very safe, Clean and friendly place. Drinking water avble round the clock. Great place to stay budget friendly..
Really nice staff, good location, and incredible price! Although the rooms could use an upgrade and there was a bit of a mosquito problem, they were cleaned very thoroughly. Recommend for a 1-2 night stay. Again, excellent value for money!
