Nice service and customer support. Even if all the jewellery shops disappoint you after 20'o clock in the city, they are open for you. Collections were not bad. You had to choose one from the wide range and you are done . The service is much more pleasing

I had the worst experience in this shop. I had gone here on the first week of January for wedding shopping to get a lehenga. After going through the pieces that was displayed there, since I could not find the one I was looking for, they said they can customize me one. And there was a manager who was a lady. She was treating us very disrespectfully when I was saying my requirements. The arrogance in her face was very visible. And she was talking to us as if we knew nothing. We had to point this out to the manager and we left the place. This is now how a reputed place like this should treat the customers.
