Good hotel. But, toilet is not satisfactory. Location is also good. RK beach is about 1 km.

Our stay was great. rooms were quiet good and cleaned. Running water, working flush , clean bathroom , good terrace with great privacy! no complaints at all . people need to understand what is value for money. location is excellent. you get what you paid . privacy. location. behavior. running water etc

pros of hotel 1.location is 400 Mt from beach 2.bed linens are clean 3.if interested they will give contact no of auto or cab for sight seeing and the fares are very reasonable. 4 Rooms are spacious and ac working well. 5.Vehicle parking space is there cons of hotel 1.poorly maintained, it will feel like staying in a old rented building with patches on wall ,dirty mirror and rusted water pipes. 2.No restaurant but their staff may arrange for food if asked.

Rooms r good but not for family stay bathroom ventilation is asscessable from out side any one can come peeping Only one person care taking room keeping No food we have to order every thing , thus place has peoples coming goin in hours lik . Mostly bachelor's

The guest house is near to the beach, that is the only best part. Otherwise, the stay was average. The room was spacious for 2 people with sufficient cupboards for storage. They provide only single beds, so for my double room, there were 2 individual single beds. The bathroom was average, not so well or not so bad, actually, the toilet flush was not working, the bathroom had a geyser though. Also, the room was having an unusual smell maybe because the building is very old. The hotel staffs were supportive and helpful. There is no in-house restaurant nor any kitchen facility, so need to either order from zomato/swiggy or go outside to have food, although there is no such restaurant too available nearby except some cafes and bakeries. Overall, the guest house should have been better (at least with bathroom and bed type) as per the price charged. The stay is average, if you are going as a tourist and will be spending most time of the day outside.

Good place to stay with families. I had stayed on 28april with my parents and it was a peaceful stay Rooms are good and they have family rooms which can accommodate 5 to 6 people

Families should avoid these place. You wil not feel comfortable after seeing the types of other people staying there. There is no specific room service or any other facilities until you asked for 2-3 times. All rooms are for budget quality but the rates are higher according to that. Overall Bad Experience.

I was afraid when I had seen the reviews but after going to the place it was too good. Superb location near beach walkable distance. Good Atmosphere. They people had rectified the issues. Perfect for family and children, you can get the cabs front the travel desk at reception of the guest house for cheap rates rather than outside market. We had booked extra three rooms rates are better than Goibibo website. Overall Perfect as it is a Guest House and they had there own standards. Rating would be 8/10
