It is very convenient for the patients to have a food court in the main entrance and a big canteen in the basement with meals starting from 80/-, ATM facilities, etc..The parking area is very vast and all the security is doing their best. The cost of the treatment is comparatively high.

It was a wonderful experience, and all of the staff including the doctors and nurses were incredibly kind and considerate. whenever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative in the nursing care, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations departments. Will undoubtedly recommend to all of my friends and family.

One of the best hospital in kerala. Almost all super speciality department is available. Doctors and staff are very good. Neat and hygienic place. Canteen is also good. Ample parking area provided. Security staff are good. An electric vehicles is always ready to drop people from parking area. Good infrastructure.

I recently had an experience at the hospital, and I must say I was disappointed with the lack of facilities for overnight stays. There were no coffee or tea machines available for those staying over, leaving us without a simple way to refresh ourselves. Additionally, I encountered an intense headache during my stay, but was surprised to find out that the pharmacy wouldn't provide any medicine without a prescription. One major concern was the absence of basic amenities for people staying overnight. Instead of having to sleep on the lobby floor like at a railway station, there should be a designated waiting area or room where individuals can rest comfortably. The absence of even fans exacerbated the situation, making the lobby uncomfortably hot without any air conditioning. While the medical care provided was undoubtedly important, it's equally crucial for hospitals to consider the well-being and comfort of patients and their families during their stay. I hope the hospital takes these concerns into account and improves the facilities for those who need to stay overnight

My name is Divya and we are in a very bad condition due to my sister's treatment in a private hospital in Thrissur. There is a good change after coming here and starting the treatment here. Update 2023 October The Neurology OPD reception staff seems inept and lacking customer service. It's chaotic and they have no idea what is happening. Excellent experience. I visited the hospital first for the knee replacement surgery of my parent. Had a wonderful experience at Rajagiri hospital right from the entrance, registration, admission, procedure, info to patients and bystanders. The crowd is very well managed with everyone taken care well. The hospitality extended by every staff member makes one forget the hospital environment and feel at home. Doctors and staff members are well specialized for superior patient care. Special mention about the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Food and beverage services are excellent and well located to cater to everyone who visits the facility with good quality food at affordable. As the tag line says, they take care and cure.
