Comparing to other parks in pallikaranai this park is not maintained properly by the corporation of Chennai. Since there is slum behind this park, the corporation is not giving importants and a proper maintenance to this park..we can find a huge difference between this park and other parks in pallikaranai area. If the park is located near a flats then it is maintained properly and all the things and physio equipments will be fixed in good quality. But here you can find only broken rods ,no plants planted, no pebble stones fixed,no badminton court,no water taps.corporation should serve and treat public equally.
Good place for the kids. Has swings, seasaw and few other games. A 400 m jogging track around the pond. Good shops around the entrance for quick bites. Has a pebble walking trail for foot reflexology. The swans around the pond and the lotus are a good to watch.
Though closer to the traffic, its a wonderful place to have your morning walk. A pond in the centre with geese, duck and fishes makes it more natural. Maintained so well!

This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
