Service is very low and slow. They have to work on customer requirements and needs. Food is heavily priced with hiked rates as compared to portion size and quality. Ordered for family Kadak Roomali roti which was soggy with stinking butter on top. Chicken angra tikka was lack of marinations. Paneer tikka was missing with seasonings. Chicken tikka masala was good choice with crispy breads. 750 ml cold drinks were heavily charged which are not justified at all.
Food was delicious and extraordinary. Happy with the staff treat and environment.
I have been coming here for the past 15 - 20 years and I love the food till date. The ambience, vibe and service is all very nice. They also have a variety of drinks on their menu. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Kalyan.
Food was good but service was very slow . So please teach ur waiters and some Head waiter also How to do service? I think ur staff is new so please take experienced staff. Please mention every food items in ur Menu bcoz there no fish items in ur Menu . So you should mention everything in ur Menu What you Serve bcoz ur guest no need to ask ur waiter 10 times . Sumtimes waiter also get confused. So it's easy for everyone. Thank you.

Service was very slow.. food found unhygienic as found hair in ordered dish and no replacement or waiver of food charges given by hotel. Behaviour of manager also rude compare to other staff...very disappointed today as we r regular customer of hotel since long

Management change has been a disaster. Air conditioning was not working. Service was very poor. Only one manager and waiter on the floor. Food quality has again poor. Some guests had insects in food. We left early. Went to have a good time with family as always but was really disappointed this time around. Hope owners are listening.
