No shops nearby,Drainage issues,and water leakage from the lake,not safe for Childrens. Snakes are coming from the Lake side and going inside the bike,almost 10 to 15 street dogs are in the apartment,No security No Maintenance.Totally not worth for residential.

The map seems fine quite accurate. It is located near the famous Porur lake . Near by there are other flats too but this seems to be good and quite peaceful. They have a watchman 24 hours a day with cctv camera. The place is well secured. You may need to have own transport as the main road is 8 min walk apart. There are very few local grocery shops near by but small vendors tends to come regularly. Most of the flats are free which could be occupied.

Full of water lacking there worst experience

Very bad like slum, approach road narrow, no water, no lift deep inside no shop nearby upto 2 kms.not worth.

Lake view apartment's. Nice to spend evening times at terrace, you will feel fresh air.

good place live . the morning view of lake makes the day great.

This place is having a great lake view... Peaceful life
