Raj Viraj Villa - Villa in Panhala, Danewadi - Kolhapur, India

Hello,<br/>Me Dr. Ravindra Pote and my family spend the weekend june 8th and 9th at Raj viraj villa situated 7-8 Kms from panhala fort in waghbil.<br/>The 2bhk row house seemed good when looked up on the internet but it was highly unoccupied with alot of basic amenities <br/>To start with <br/>1) the place was isolated with only one watchman at the entrance and no caretaker in villa making it very unsafe.<br/>2) there was no inverter back up to the house and therefore with almost 3 power cuts in the night with a wait of half an hour for the power to come back was a dreadful experience anyone would want to have on a peaceful vacation.<br/>3) As the place was situated on a hill alot of insects and bugs entered the house as there was no insect meshes to the windows and doors .<br/>This made it difficult for us to even open the windows and doors for ventilation .<br/>Putting a mesh to all the windows and doors should have been a necessity<br/>4) The geyser and the Air conditioner in the house were completely out of order. <br/> All these issues made our vacation a one of compromises as these basic amenities were not fulfilled. It was a nuisance in killing the bugs and insects and struggling with the hot humid climate with the windows and doors shut . <br/>Please consider before you book this one or the owner should make the necessary changes

The place was amazing From this fast growing world it was a relaxing feeling for the weekend It was so clam there and just made me and my family enjoy the time and NATURE The villa was also well maintained and clean . It also has play area for children were my children enjoyed the whole time . I'm definitely visiting this place again .

HIDDEN TREASURE ! We fell upon this place on our road trip. We were travelling with kids through the Konkan coast and decided to stop in the outskirts in the of Kolhapur en route to Mumbai to celebrate our daughters birthday. We were not looking for luxury but for a clean and neat place. Raj Viraj villa was a great decision. It was luxury at moderate cost. Our room overlooked the sunset. Great place to stay in.

We loved this place. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. Ideal spot for a beautiful sunset with amazing atmosphere.

BEST STAY ON A HILL STATION Had a stay at raj viraj villa 10 June 19 and it was a wonderful experience as the owner is very much helping in all things and the View from the villa is best can't even describe and the night spent was the best as all the Silence of nature ran through my family's ears the villa is equipped with ac and geyser so it was a very wonderful experience

very nice villa. full of fresh air. garden looks awesome. feels awesome with intake of fresh air in that place. full facility is available.
