Due to covid, less buses are running. Buses of raj travels are ok. Services are satisfactory. Should focus more on hygiene , AC and other services are ok.sleeper services are not available in these days due to covid. Seater service is ok.
This company is a big lier and they did not give bathroom and toilet even he has not stop anywhere. Patient have to face pandamic situation.
We booked bus from delhi to agra and the drop time is by 12 at tajmahal vip parking and we booked seats 5 and 6. But we were made to sit at the back and he made us pay extra for the service we did not take. When asked for our money he denied it. Poor service. Don't book from them. Horrible service

Very dirty and not polite with passenger. They also change bus route without telling you.and they charge more money than intercity smart bus. Overall experience is very bad

One of the worth bus I have ever travel. The bus driver drink and drive also sleep during driving. Always being late arrival and droping. They did not even provide a charging point in bus. If I had authroity to give rating in negative I gave -10/10 .
