Raj royal regency has a great hospitality. They welcome their guests in the best way. I booked rooms for my friends here. Everyone was very happy with their services .
Hopeless hotel set up. The only thing royal about Royal Raj Residency is the rate they charge, the hopelessly untidy bathrooms. I would like to give it a zero rating if that was possible. There is not enough parking space. It was a quarantine centre for NRI's during the Vande Bharat Mission. Having understood that there was no much option for quarantine in Konni, they conveniently looted the NRIs during the early days of Vande Bharat Mission, charging 800 rupees per day for a below par room. Disappointing to the core
