Raj Residency Hotel - Hotel in Hosapete - Ballari, India

AC not working properly. Although as stated by the owner rooms were changed not once but twice,that to after a very tiring sight seeing day. I would not expect to move my luggage to other rooms twice. We had already made them aware of the matter in the morning but no attention was given until we came back in the night. Also they charged 3k per room with AC ( but no AC works properly. If AC works there is no remote) with no food as a complementary which is very common in other hotels. The rooms were very dirty and there were cockroaches in the rack. They was no room servicing and cleaning at all. No parking as well. If we book for AC room and pay for AC room, we atleast expect you to check and provide before handing over the keys to us When we complained as well, rather than checking the condition of the room, you just relied on the staffs words and started blaming us. Thanks for accommodating us with poor service.

I loved the stay. Staff was very very humble , they were very clear on communication and gave me a descent stay. I am fortunate to find this place when rest others were all occupied. They gave me a early check in as well. Room is clean..free wifi and clean bathroom plus hot water 24/7 is a plus. Thanks to the host.

The best thing about Raj Residency is it's location. Railway station is approximately 1-1.5 km only. Everything is available nearby. Service is good. Rooms are also available at affordable price.

Hotel staff and manager they are very good from each aspect.service provided by the hotel was good.overall expiwas good.for long stay and short stay you can prefer this hotel.

Dirty rooms with cockroaches moving around. They don't have AC remote in the rooms. When we checked in, even the dust bin was full and smelled all around. Since Homestay were closed in Hampi and other hotels were full, they took the situation advantage and charged almost doubled.

I stayed with my family ...took 3 rooms on 10-8-23 one night after visited hampi...the Price is very reasonable room's are superb reception was friendly and Room service excellent I saw the hotel owner sitting in the reception room With is family ...he is very much cooperative and friendly nature...everything about this hotel was customer friendly...raj residency In hosepete is very good hotel...they are having car parking also

It's really good, Clean ,affordable and staff is customer friendly and supportive.

Room are good but not kept good. No ventilation inside room. No parking available in hotel. One has to park outside which is not premises of hotel.
