They said shuttle service van....don't wait for actual van... there van could be auto...google don't allow me below 1star rate otherwise they don't deserve to have any star... u may not even get bed sheet n pillow either...first priority for bed sheets n pillows are for there crew not passengers..... njoy bed service....

Bus Driver just without picking me up. They didn't even called me. They didn't even checked that there one passenger is missing. After that they asked me to go 15kms away from Rajkot and I spent 200/- to reach there and Driver left from there also. Then company person called me and said aapko refund kar deta hu na baki aap setting karlo dusri koi bus karvake chale jao.
I have traveled for more then 18 months with this travels and the experience was okish but the last time i traveled made me rate this travels 1. I could've rated it -1 if available.

Best travels for long route like pune, rajkot and different places travelling. Best service they are giving like water bottle, LCD TV for watch movies, blanket and pillow. Travels buses internal with cleanness, and with room sprays. Staff also very kindness.

Worst experiance No cleanliness No hygine No time schedule, scheduked arrival was 8:20 and bus came at 9:50 pm. Got stop every where they wanted. Total waste of time and money do not travel ever in the bus.
