Raj Park Hotel Tirupati - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Couple of things made me to give this rating on rooms. Bathroom was clean but there were small flies on the ceiling, should be easy to eradicate them. We did find bed bugs in the bed. We found them when we wake up to get ready. Not sure how many bed bug eggs we are carrying back. Need a clean sanitization when we reach home. We were planning to climb tirumala and wanted a starting coffee before we leave for the journey, I guess it was too early and coffee didn't show up in time, I have to call and cancel.

Nothing good about this hotel except for just one thing - unfit for a 3-star hotel qualification - must be tagged as 0-star negative-star hotel. * Hotel looked abandoned with no life and soul when I walked in. * Room was NOT clean - there was dust on the floor, leftover food wrappers near the bed, and flowers under the floor rug. * Room was dull, lifeless and out-of-date. * One of the chairs was broken on one side. * Room service is bad - no good food available. * No prompt housekeeping. * Bathroom was not well maintained - the toilet flush lacked power. * Room safe/locker was absent - upon asking they brought in a makeshift safe/locker which was not fixed into the closet like it must be. * Unusual noise from certain places in the room in the night - some water pipe/pressure or air vent duct had some issues as it appeared. * Room hallway looks lifeless and secluded. * Unfriendly reception desk - no customary greetings while checking out. Now, the only one thing I liked for which I paid extra money for - hill view window that gave me a view of the Tirumala hills with waterfalls. Even to get this I had to remind them that I paid extra and opted for hill view room and not other rooms. Overall rating : 0 or negative due to the above reasons. Conclusion : Hotel management must close this Raj Park Hotel Tirupati if they have absolutely NO interest in giving good customer service. Tip to customers : Do NOT select Raj Park Hotel Tirupati unless you have no choice. Go for any other hotels nearby, like the adjacent one - Pai Viceroy which stands for its 3-star hotel badge.

Had an amazing stay here. Staff here are so friendly and very polite. Rooms are well maintained. Food is also good. I would recommend it for pleasant stay

It's a beautiful hotel. Very conveniently located and has all the facilities. Rooms are comfortable. Parking is available. Access to tirumala hill and exit to highway is comfortable. It's in a nice locality and you have a choice to eat out, lot of good restaurants are available.

This hotel has a lot of potential but sadly our experience was let down by a very rude parking attendant who proceeded to shout at us to move our auto rickshaw from the car park onto the public road. We're travelling the length of India by auto to promote Indian tourism and have been booking hotels with parking included to keep the auto rickshaw safe and in view, so we couldn't understand his insistence to live it from the property. After going for food he shouted at us again and the reception staff asked us to move it to the basement, which we did. But the valentines followed us down and told us to move it again to leave more space for cars (the basement was empty!) We feel this was a personal grievance and have never been treated so rudely. The town is lovely and so are the people so we wish we'd stayed at a different hotel. The only saving grace was the very polite and professional staff member who showed us our room. Wouldn't stay again.

It was a good experience coming to Tirupati And this hotel made my experience totally awesome. The service, rooms,staff all were very nice I wish I could again come and stay for some more time Thank you!!!

Write from the valet to security to receptionist to room service and the manager everyone was courteous and did their part well. Breakfast was simple and best. Rooms are maintained well. Washroom needs a thorough revamp. Exhaust doesn't work and there are drain flies.

Beautiful Hotel near to Thirumalai walking steps, excellent water falls view room giving for me, excellent food, the rooms neatly and clean well maintained, the service was immediate response, friendly staff, I definitely recommend to all
