Visited Raj Trauma Hospital and met with Dr Prateek Bansal , Was very nervous before my surgery but the doctor and the staff put me down easy. Excellent care, service and professionalism ,everything went very smoothly. Dr. Prateek Bansal and his team were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made the procedure as stress free as possible. Highly Recommendable ,Professional and expert in every way.

Dr bansal is very good doctor but overall hospital conditions is worst. In night shift single mbbs doctor not available in icu n emergency.. Hospital depend on 3 of 4 nursing staff. If sudden emergency in night no doctor is here. Even government is better than this hospital.. Only benifit ct scan available here otherwise it's not trauma center.. Worst private hospital I have ever visit.
Only day time neurosurgeon n other doctor available. In night shift no single doctor available, nurshif staff deal road traffic accident.. In night shift Single mbbs doctor not available in icu n emergency also . I think it's not trauma center. Very bad experience, not recommend.
Hygienic super speciality hospital. Good friendly doctors staff's and management too.good facilities availability. all treatment done by experienced doctors. all testings available eg blood test x-ray sonography CT scan etc many more.blood bank situated opposite to the hospital. free roadside parking available with no security so take care of your vehicle. public transport 24hours available. all government as well as private schemes available. emergency 24hours service available. Not money friendly but main thing is Timely Service Delivery and Treatment Quality is good. Can Trust Them During Emergency (my opinion)
Behaviour of main gate guard is very crucial that is why this hospital is a burst hospital in Bharatpur...

Staff is very rude. I had a very bad experience. If you are a RGHS card holder they will rob you. One more thing i will suggest you to go Govt hospital or any other hospital rather than going this hospital. If you visit this hospital you will have worse experience.

Wonderful experience. His diagnosis is very accurate and treats with very minimal medicines. Just go for your stomach and liver related problems for proper treatment. Behaviour is also very polite.
