Raj Mahal Hotel - Luxury Rooms with Pool - Resort hotel in Pushkar, Pushkar Rural - Ajmer, India

ekdm ghttiyaa hottl hai / This hotel owner has put up fake reviews online as shown in the photo. There is no such hotel either We were visiting Pushkar with a friend and had booked this hotel online. Brother this hotel as we saw online. Just like the hotel it is not at all. Very bad hotel. The honor here is very bad. There is a room and a bridge, which is a swimming pool, has been built. That is very useless. The owner here doesn't even talk. Flash doesn't work in the bathroom. The room is completely dirty, they don't change the bedsheet. Using old bedsheets without 20-20 days.

Absolute ran down hotel, be aware! - Bedbugs / little insects on the sheets - 1 towel initially provided for 2 people - No working shower - Dirty and stained everywhere (For example used cigarettes in the shower) - Dirty pool because of construction works - No working TV - No WiFi, toilet paper and hotel key given on arrival. All had to ask for. - Bad service, hotel staff dissappeared after he said he would change the sheets. Never came back. - In the end they changed our room. Unfortunately with other bed bugs and dirty sheets.. Ran down hotel, don't get tricked by other ratings as they were the trigger for us to come here!

Decent place for families. Staffs are always at your service. Food is tasty and the chef is expert in making all type of cuisine. Friendly place for dogs too. Will visit again. Thanks Raj Mahal . Laila Sanyal

Improvisation required . A lot of it . No water was there in the shower . Staff was lazy. They did not turn on turn motor. Water was very high level , kids had almost no space to swim. Kids almost drowned . There was no place for children to swim . Overall very bad place i don't prefer going to this trash place. Food was delicious but snacks quantity were very less and price was very high. Dinner was good. Camera was there over pool there should not be camera over pool we should have our privacy. No breakfast was included with the night stay. Breakfast and welcome drink is always included in the night stay . They Charged extra for water bottles. There were no light in the pool. Staff was lazy and insufficient only 4 people for staff. There were no boards for hotel in the way we got confuses in the way. We had to keep following for the snacks. They charged very high for one night stay without breakfast included I prefer going to Amarbagh in pushkar 258 times better than this hotel and pool is good for kids and adults very nice hotel / resort and a lot of rooms and very less price for a hotel like this

I don't think the place was worth the money we paid to stay however a couple of the staff did us a huge favor which makes it hard for me to rate this place lower. The good: - our welcome was very friendly, we were given free water bottles whenever required - the place was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of chairs and space to sit outside and enjoy the sun - it was a short walk into town - we had breakfast included and the staff made an excellent omelette The stand out experience came at the end of our stay. We checked out in the morning and the staff kept our bags safe for the day as we weren't leaving until the evening. When we returned they allowed us to use an apartment to get changed and offered us refreshments despite us already checking out and paying. We ordered a taxi but when he came he tried to extort an unreasonable about of money from us to take us to the bus station, he got very aggressive when we refused to pay so much, a staff member called Vijay dealt with him firmly, and he and another member of staff ( I didn't catch his name) drove us themselves on their bikes to the bus station. They were such genuinely nice caring lads, they even refused payment for the ride. The bad: - there was some kind of construction going on, on the grounds therefore the pool was dirty, full of dust, bricks and gravel therefore unusable which was most disappointing. - the Wi-Fi router is in the main reception, 50m away from the apartments therefore the signal in the room was little to none. - the hot water was temperamental, sometimes it worked fine, sometimes it lasted a minute sometimes non-existent. - the room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived, the pillow cases had some small holes and the bed sheets had a few small stains, nothing major, just the whole place could do with some TLC - putting all this into account the price tag of ~2500INR per night, seemed steep considering we'd stayed in equivalent or better for 2-2.5x less. It's a shame because it wouldn't take much work to turn this place into the luxury hotel it claims to be, hopefully management takes this advice on board and it'll be a great place to stay in no time.

It's very poor service.... No any hospitality... Staff are now learning any thing... We are seeting out side from last 2-hrs ... Bkz ac is not working.... Other rooms are also free... But they not agree to change... Now they are saying check out ur room... After 2-hrs they agree for the change room... It's worth of money... I am not suggest to any one RAJ Mahal palace...

It is not a hotel, it's like a home stay property. Location is little bit far from pushkar, but not that to far.you can reach here easily. Most important thing is there is a beautiful property, silent environment which is best thing. And every thing is good here... Food quality is bit poor, staff behaviour is good. And best option is please take a rental bike or scooter which is cost you arround 300rs. For 24 hr. For traveling the pushkar and there to pushker. And online booking for this property is great deal.

I went there after reading so many good comments about the property, but it was not at all like what was mentioned. Property has a beautiful view no doubt on that, but lack basic facilities like mineral water bottle not provided, linens were not clean. Food was not that good. Complimentary breakfast issue, like you can order only 1 item per person that to from 3 options Aloo Parantha, bread toast and poha.
