Room is very comfortable having area approximately 400sq ft. Toilet is neat and clean and big in size. Room service is outstanding. Breakfast is also good. Hotel is situated in a posh locality. Having a restaurant and bar. Parking is not available. Overall staying is pleasant.
Very good location,courteous staff very help ful Manager and good quality food. Manager Mr Rajiv pathak is very coperative guy and really helped alot in finding the location as I reached in lare night hours. He also offered auto driver no incase I need help. Thanks to all staff.
today , my worst experience of hotels ever in life , i was travelling from bareily to kotdwar and booked one room for the day in raj mahal hotel to rest on the way , the receptionist on booking told that their is hotel policy to pay in advance , i told him i am tired and i will pay in half an hour, then in 10 min while i am with my family resting , got a door bell and hotel bill was there , they asked me to pay immediately, i told them i will pay when i feel some energy, they don't listen to me, and i went to receptionist which is on ground floor and pay around 3140 rs/-. i feel so embarassed that they must think customer and his family is tired and there is no humanity in hotel receptionist that bill may be taken in 1hr. after paying bill i left the hotel in 1hrs 30 min. donot go here or you people also get same experience. worst hotel......
Worst food, tooo much spicy despite of directing the waiters. Worst staff and not at all cooperative. Think twice or even thrice before going there.
It is the most amazing hotel of Moradabad.. It is being renewed around 2year ago,and after that it became most amazing place... The food quality of Raj Mahal is in beatable.. This hotel serves both veg and non veg food... My most favorite dish is Spanish corn with garlic bread and white sauce pasta.. Moreover it is a perfect place for kitties.. You can enjoy even drinks with dinner at the same place.. The place has a good ambiance and the seats, r really comfortable, the staff is also very co -operative .. Must visit once with family if you want to enjoy a grt meal with beautiful ambiance...
I have been coming to Raj Mahal since I was a kid. The interiors have changed for the better, so has the service but one thing that remains constant the impeccable taste of the food. The ambiance is amazing, so is the staff. Ten on ten recommend paying a visit!
