Everything Was Good Receptionists Were Good , But The Manager Was Arrogant And Mannerless, Rooms Needs To Be Cleaned , There Were Beer Bottels , Cigerette Packets, Disposals , And Even A Rejected Matress Decaying Under My Bed And Insects Were Coming Out Of There,Walls Have Seepage, And The Worst Thing Is That This Is No Network Coverage In This Hotel.
This property is not recommended at all, Very dirty room & unhygienic, asked for bottle water they given me tap chilled water even after charged.

Experience is really bad there as the rooms I got were under construction maybe. No complete decor was there. But one of the most awful things was the bed. I was there for 2 nights & couldn't sleep peacefully. No internet connection inside the room, even their wifi didn't work. Oh God it was horrible nights. But the price was much cheaper than the other hotels at the location. And it's really close to Kalighat Metro station.
Please do not stay in this hotel, how can I explain their service is so bad. There is no water in the washroom of the hotel. The shower that is for bathing also don't works. I don't want to say that this is the very bad hotel. Very bad experience. Overall very poor experience. Money waste
Hotel Rooms are average.. the location of the hotel is excellent. It is nearby kalighat metro, rashbehari more. Lots of options for food outside the hotel at a very reasonable price. Some good restaurants are nearby. Lake mall is 2-3 minute walking distance from the hotel. The service and behaviour is good...they are helpful. AC and non AC rooms are available at affordable rates.
