The only thing which I liked about this hotel is the location. The receptionist is okay. The staff doesn't listen to the first request, you have to keep insisting for any need. It took them half an hour just to provide the soap. The non AC room gets so hot because of the positioning of the room and even during that hot climate they do not provide a cooler. You have to survive in that room just because of the less price paid for the non AC room.
It's a perfect 5 star hotel. The hotel is located close to Gorakhpur railway station, with a market close to it, where you can have food and other things. The place has space in front and the rooms are wide and spacious with balcony. The behaviour of staff is really good and offcourse I cannot forget owner of Raj Hotel. He is very kind and generous person. He helped me during my stay for a payment related issue. Please do stay in this hotel whenever you come to Gorakhpur.
It's a normal room ,and I was booked an AC room ,but they are not providing remote.it's very pathetic situation.they set in 18degc .I was chilled upto morning.
