Very good building having 3bhk and 4bhk flats. This building is having 2 wings and small 3bhk of 1200 sq.ft. carpet &1500 sq.ft. carpet and out of which bigger 3bhk is having panoramic lake view and lovely deck in side the flat. This building is having huge health club house inside the building. Ample parking is available.
Great structure with Morden amenities. This property is close to Hiranandinani Hospital ,also it is surrounded with schools ,Corporate offices,play park ,market ,restaurants/pubs, and mainly Powai Lake. A good place with natural views with fresh air Would like to minus one star as the Building is Huge and is with Morden Amenities but not well maintained. Also one would be less as it is also surrounded with slums..
It's built to please you, good property. But I would like to address a perennial problem with such budding builders, They lack honesty. Mr. Abdul Samad is a 'con' from Raj Life spaces called me today and quoted 3.5cr for a 6.99Cr 3BHK property. I doubled checked this with his senior if it was correct what he told. His senior also confirmed the same, saying yes we do have some properties which we are ready to book for the said price. Please come and visit we will explain you how. I travelled all the way to the property after amazing follow up by these guys. Some sales person met us (Nidhi) and started of explaining us things as if everything is in place a bluntly quoted 5cr++. My only point is when I asked you twice, thrice for the prices, why give falls commitments? Why showing such urgency to sell? Who on earth quotes 6cr for a 3.5cr property? Why could you guys not avoid lying? Why even seniors sales staffs on phone are selling the property with their pants down? You guys must have made a 1000Cr property, trust me you are evident to fail. Just look at your guys desperation! Sad you (developer) exist in Mumbai of all the places! You hit the wrong stone my friend.
I visited to site. It was awesome to experience great view of powai lake and the apartment where completely beautiful with no single doubt. Awesome society with all basic amenities.
Great building and close to work. Unfortunately next to "village" with ten dogs for every man, woman and child there. From early morning it sounds like everyone one of them is barking.
