Raj Garden With Mountain View - Hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

I had bad experience when I stayed there this summer. Location and rooms are fine but staff and services are not up to the mark. Worst experience with any Treebo hotel we stayed in till date. 1. When we reached hotel completely tired, staff insisted on mailing them IDs and making full payment even before showing us the room. 2. At the time of booking, we were informed that hotel has Wifi and restaurant, both were not available for two days while we were there. 3. Shampoo cum body wash was giving very bad smell so we asked for soap, shampoo etc. Both managers acknowledged but those were never sent. 4. Since restaurant was non functional, they somehow arranged complementary breakfast from outside... Unhygienic food and water were served on 2nd day which made me extremely sick for two days. The services and staff are no where close to 3 star hotel. Sorry Treebo, no more blind trust on your hotels. Hopefully this review will save others in future

This is a poorly maintained hotel. ROOMS HAVE Dampness smell. LIQUID SOAPS IN BATHROOM. When we checked in TV was not working. AT NIGHT COULD NIT SLEEP, AS THE HOTEL NEXT DOOR WAS HAVING SO MUCH NOISE. Not much cleanliness. The bedsheets have stains . They are short of staff . Same person handling luggage, doing bathroom cleaning and doing room service. Food.service was not available. This is worst ever hotel i have ever visited... Service is very pathetic... Hotel staff does not support at all... they say no to everything like a glass of water, exta spoon or plate during the meal...hot water supply is for very limited time... our kids kept on waiting in bathroom for hot water suppy. Manger shut down the supply without information. Below is the picture of Hotel Manager... We had very worst arguments during the checkout..

This is a poorly maintained hotel. No cleanliness, no covid protocol being followed The bedsheets have stains . Lift carries garbage .at times it's even left there and people are expected to use the lift. They are short of staff . Same person handling luggage, doing bathroom cleaning and doing room service. Avoid this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms in the hotel for one night .Mr Puneet nd Mr Sohanlalji helped us throughout with check in ,luggage ,and fast room service too.Rooms were spacious nd clean.Nd extra mattress easily fitted in without shifting furniture etc .Location of the property is good.Will recommend to others

Good and budget hotel.Nice staff and excellent service.Clean and hygiene place. Hospitality is too good.The experience of staying at this hotel was very pleasant. My room was excellent with good amenities.Food quality was excellent and tasty. According to me nice hotel with reasonable price, good hotel for solo travellers and family. I recommend all solo travelers and Family to stay here once.Overall I had a great experience.If you are looking for budget and good hotel in Pushkar, then you can stay here.

Rooms weren't clean during checkin. AC was not working. Behaviour of Manager and staff was rude. Only one bottle of water was provided in superior room of three person occupancy

Stayed for a day with mom dad. Book directly by calling treebo customer care you might get some more discount like I got it @2800 for 3 person with matters and break fast. Pros: -Service and rooms were neat and clean. - complimentary breakfast had Puri bhaji poha coffe/tea with grilled bread Con : not exactly - but wifi is not suitable for workation - food not much options, bit pricey.
