Careless pediatrics doctor, no knowledge about eye infection and medicine.i visit here with my daughter. No response Government eye doctor in district is good knowledge than private doctor .

Staff are very careless, they are very lazy, As per communication they treat like we do what we want not as per customer satisfaction. They work as like govt job. Also staff is not available from the three hours and patient being panic but no response from the Hospital Managment.

very bad management. Insurance /TPA members are deciding which patient's number will come first. My mother has undergone spinal operation, she has problem in sitting on the chair for a long time, despite telling her problem on 101 number counter and the person who is calling names of patients , my turn came after 3.30 hours. I request Respect Dr. Anil Sir to pay attention to the management of the hospital.

I went there for check up for my Father, Average waiting time is longer than usual, it takes almost 4 to 5 hours to meet the doctor. It should be reduced.

Very bad facility ... patient have to wait at least 4 hrs in the hospital to consult the doctor .. No ventilation inside the hospital .. ACs are installed but it's not working .. patient has to wait inside the hall which is so much suffocating

I went there with my mom for her eye treatments. Trust me it's 9ne of the best eye hospital in gorakhpur or its neighbouring area. Though it's little expensive but afordable . The hospital premises are neat and cleaned , staff are polite. It's looks like world standard hospital with good infra and maintenance.

A fully equiped landmark for all sort of eye care . However please come with your own drinking water & mosqiuito replicant. my 2 star is for admin staff in hospital & lack of basic hygine standard for various reasons. i.e- 1-mosquitos in waiting area on ground floor. 2-No disposals available at Drinking water place & hospital managment said disposal availability is denied by head of hospital. 3-you have to wait for hours even after booking an appoinment as they dont follow appoinment timings
