One of the worst experience in this complex....rooms are not clean, poor H. Keeping work, no proper management....bedbugs in beds....

* Best budget apartment to stay in Goa. * Calm and beautiful place with, 1. Spacious and clean rooms. 2. Swimming pool 3. TV , WiFi and Balcony *If you prefer to stay away from crowded places (eg.near beaches) this is one of the perfect place. As it is located in Center of the city it's easy to commute. * Apartment Host is very professional and helpful in many ways to arrange scooty and car for travel.

It was a great place to stay. Peaceful environment. The owner(Snehal) was decent and helpful. The only thing they miss is an washing machine .Except that you get everything. And the pool was great. Worth the money I would say

Nice place to stay if you want be away from sea side. This place is close to calingude beach. It's 1bhk flat we have for 1500per night. Rooms are awesum and with swimming pool. They also have common gym. The place is clam n away for husstle of city. If you are looking for cheap stay then plz go for this place. The host or manager sneha madam is rates 10/10 in service. She provides all service on her toes. Very nice management. Wifi is also with very good speed in every room.

Love this place. Host is very helpful. Its located in area close to everything in north Goa. Host helped us for everything let le be early check in, car rental or taxi arrangement. Rooms are clean & well ventilated. I will recommend it to everyone travelling to goa

It is a good apartment and that too at a reasonable price, just that in corona swimming pool is not opened, rest it's a perfect apartment for 4/5. Everything is there that you need: wifi, Fridge, inverter, water purifier etc. We booked using air BNB and the price was 14273 for 3 nights around Christmas.
