Location is nice, construction is up to the mark, no stilt parking, cost is too much as compared to location. Cost is 3400 to 3300 per sq ft it should not more than 3000 as of now.
Very nice & systematic society with garden, gym & baby swimming pool. The parking area is also big & peaceful society.

Situated between Karjat Matheran rail track which is never recommend to live with your family due to constant whistle of loco/fatak and tremendous vibration. Even price is too much higher as nearest to station.
