Raintree Lodge - Lodge in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

It's so great I went back for a second stay! Beautiful rooms in restored building in the perfect location - just steps to Princess Street's shops and restaurants while being just far enough away that it remains peaceful. Jude was amazing at helping with onward (and return!) travel arrangements. My driver Francis was highly capable and very funny. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I very highly recommend!

Stayed with a group having 3 rooms. Very clean, nice interior and spacious bathrooms. Fab location.

Not sure if it was because there were empty rooms, but we were able to check-in super early in the morning, since we got onto a really odd-hour flight. We got a room on the first floor with a balcony that overlooks the quaint Petercelli street. Thank you for a really comfortable stay. We'll be back super soon!

Great hotel. Nice rooms.

Beautiful building with thick green leaves grown over the outer wall. It's a lodge with a good ambience. People come and take photos in front of the building because of its scenic beauty. This building has been depicted in some Malayalam movies. I haven't stayed there but from what I have heard, the rooms are available at reasonable and affordable prices.

We were few of the lucky ones who stayed where people flock to take insta worthy pics 24-hours a day. We enjoyed watching them from our room on the first floor with glass of wine. Best Life Ever!!! Thank you for letting us check out late. You guys rock!!!

Sejour tres decevant au sein de cet etablissement "milieu de gamme". La location est certes centrale, la facade tres charmante mais la chambre qui nous a ete allouee (ndeg3) n'etait vraiment pas a la hauteur du prix (4500 rs pour 2 nuits) : pas d'eau chaude le premier jour, lampes sales, sol douteux, humidite ambiante surement due a la mousson et salle de bain bonne a rafraichir. Par ailleurs, le service n'etait pas au rendez. Toutefois, le pire reste le petit-dejeuner : l'hotel propose une formule a 350 rs par personne et par jour au Kashi Art Coffee. L'endroit est tres beau et les plats tres bons (meme si chers). Toutefois le personnel n'etait pas au courant de cette prestation... Apres avoir appele le proprietaire, celui-ci m'a assure que ce n'etait plus d'actualite par telephone avant de changer d'avis 1h plus tard. Le lendemain, en allant au cafe, le personnel n'etait toujours pas au courant, et apres de nombreux appels, nous avons finalement decide de changer de restaurant le personnel pretextant que l'heure du dejeuner etait depassee... Bref, je ne recommande pas cet etablissement qui tient plus du podium instagrammable que du havre de paix promis.

They are very unprofessional I wanted 2rooms for 2night when we checked in they told us it is available and in the morning they are saying that we don't have 2 rooms it was very annoying. Same complain are there on there reviews
