Rains Inn Eco Hotel - Hotel in Khatkhati - Karbi Anglong, India

Uncivilized staffs... Ordered for dinner.. but denied to serve.. n packed for parcel.. though we paid the entire amount.. but didn't take the food.. n no one was worried as they wanted to have that food paid by us.. may be the owner do not provide good food for us.. We expected for family dinner as it is time to celebrate during Durga Puja... Unfortunately the uncivilized staffs was not aware of the festival... Moreover fond to have the food which we ordered.. at last we paid the entire amount of the food we ordered.. n left it for those staffs

Room is clean, but Every room AC not working and Ignore the customer's problem after taking the room, I set the AC to 16degC and after running it for 4 hours, the room temperature is now 27degC, The hotel staff does not agree, will quarrel with you but will not agree. You have to keep calling the reception several times to get them. Even then they argue that they usually don't provide the above amenities unless asked for. Very disappointed. The staff could have given a bit more courteous

Wasn't staying in so not much idea, just dropped by from outside but wanna stay inn one day soon It better be good

Large rooms without ventilation resulting too hot. Can't stay without AC.

They give so little foods... Their containers look like enough food is there but wen we transfer it to our plate then the actual quantity can be seen. . Increase the quantity of food as you increase the rates..
