Rainforest Resort - Resort hotel in Balayduri, Igatpuri - Nashik, India

I went at Rain forest resort with my family after Diwali for two days, we had booked a deluxe bathtub rooms. l would have leave the hotel in few hours if have not paid them fully... My stay at this hotel was utterly disappointing. From the initial stinking room to multiple arguments before changing it, the experience was marred by inappropriate service. The lack of staff was evident in dirty and torn bedsheets, insufficient towels, and delayed room cleaning. Basic toiletries were missing, and the resort's remote location forced us to buy necessities at double the MRP from their store. Water was served after a lengthy wait, and calling for room cleaning yielded no response until we confronted them. The booking contact was unresponsive, and even a forgotten charger wasn't returned. The atmosphere at the reception was consistently tense, with numerous complaints echoing the dissatisfaction of many guests. The overall service left everyone upset and dissatisfied... The disappointment extended to the dining experience as well, with uncertain quality and taste of the food. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Basic amenities like a hair dryer, toothpaste, and even a proper refrigerator were missing. The absence of an AC restaurant for buffet, small napkins in rooms, and a tea/coffee machine added to the discomfort. Furthermore, having to purchase ice from their store, the slow small geyser for hot water, and the lack of hot water in the washbasin were major inconveniences. The absence of bath mats was yet another letdown. The list of disappointments seemed endless, making my stay far from enjoyable. The hotel's lack of proper guest records for the buffet, requiring us to wear a cheap wristband for the entire two-day stay, reflects a disappointing lapse in service and attention to detail. Experiencing a situation where the guests in the adjacent room left, leaving lights, fan, and AC on until the next day, indicates a lack of effective monitoring and control by the hotel staff. Such negligence not only raises concerns about energy conservation but raises concerns about the overall management and professionalism of the establishment.

This was the first time I visited Igatpuri and it was during the Diwali time. We had done the booking in Rainforest Resort so was not very sure about the resort. But when we actually went there our experience was above expectation. The hotel rooms are quite clean. The food is very good and buffet system. There is a swimming pool which is well maintained and there is lot of open green space and kids play area. And main thing resort is there location are Mountain surrounded. So my Mummy papa are very happy to see nature like this it was great Experience

The property is fantastic but the management is third class. The asventure activity staff is fabulous had a wonderful time. The staff at site is rude did not care about the comfort of the customer specially who. have booked in the online apps as basically you are not aware about the size of rooms we have booked four rooms for a group of 12 adults and a kid of 10 years on Goibibo. The rooms as alloted could not accomodate 04 adults when asked the staff at site they shown we can not do anything for online booking the allotment is done bias and not as per the customer comfort. If the rooms could not accommodate four adults it should not be offered on booking portal which they could. not understand or dont want to understand very dirty rooms and poorly maintained property.

We went on long weekend leaves and booked an AC tent. Rooms were not cleaned and managed. The AC was not working so I informed them to change the room. They assigned another room which again had the same problem and they assigned third room. This process took 2-3 hours of time. No room service. Only the villas were well managed and maintained, all other room types was having issues like rooms not clean, AC not working, TV not working, low food quality, high price for snacks and cold drinks inside the premises. Overall a very bad experience. Not recommended. Do not go by the images posted online or their website.

Me and my family came for Rain forest resort for holiday. Guys please don't come it's absolutely waste of money. Food quality is too cheap. Room not clean properly. No room service. Having casteism in the hotel. You will get that feeling. No wifi. Very poor management. Once ur booking is done no money refund thought u face lot of issue. They are least bother for customer satisfaction. They only business minded. Hotel in Maharashtra and meant for Gujju community.

It was an amazing stay, we took an Executive room with nice mountain view, which has costed us Rs. 5K with non veg food and high tea. Executive room has a balcony of 7ft *8ft - which was a delight There was play area, swimming pool, adventure sports and indoor games also, which we have enjoyed a lot. There were 7 adventure sports which costed only Rs. 150 per person. There were few drawbacks too, though minor ones:- 1)like there were few minor repairs in washroom - which was repaired by them after informing. 2) Mini fridge given was not working 3) one of the play area for kids is almost open to mountains, parents to take care of kids. 4) swimming pool is being cleaned after 9 AM, water is changed once a week. 5) Only one shop is present in resort, where everything is very expensive. Other than these stay was very pleasant. Definitely go for this resort.

We came with the family foe stay action Food was too good Pure veg resort value for money Many rooms for family and couple we enjoyed the stay with our family, villa was too good well maintained property we will booked this for the destination wedding because this is best for family .

Best experience ever with family we came here for Diwali vacation at rainforest Resort I cannot express my feeling for booking. I book this booking from Ms yogini she helped me and give me best discount over all it was a best experience ever because the room was ok the location was superb the food quality was mind blowing and the best part of this Resort was the Staff,who always treat their guest has the family member I really enjoy myself and I will definitely recommend to all
