It's a small property with 13 or so cottages. Not a lot to do inside in terms of facilities. But as a family we enjoyed the daily bonfire, archery and the pool. Food wise the restaurant has extremely helpful staff but in terms of their culinary caliber, they are just average and you will find yourself getting bored of the food if you stay for a couple days. Overall a good secluded place for families to bond and get away from the daily grind.

Excellent facilities and great service. Food was also very good, especially coffee. All staff members were cordial and helpful. The property has a nice farm through which the guests can walk in morning and evening. That walk through the lush greenery of nature feeling is great feeling. Highly recommended for family tours.

I can say wow experience, staff are so cool and services are good. We tried the first time Kerala tradition food, it was very tasty. A perfect weekend with friends and family members.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your resort and, overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's ambience was truly delightful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. However, there were a few concerns that need to be addressed. Firstly, the check-in time was somewhat inconvenient, and we had to wait longer than expected. This caused some initial frustration as we were eager to settle into our room earlier because of traveling from longer distance. Additionally, the room service, while generally good, had a few lapses in terms of response time and providing basic necessities. These instances slightly affected our experience. One major challenge we faced was finding the exact address of the hotel. We had some difficulty locating it, and clearer signage or detailed directions would be immensely helpful for future guests. Despite these concerns, the overall experience at the hotel was positive due to the beautiful ambience and the courteous staff. With a few improvements in check-in efficiency, room service, and providing clearer directions, this hotel has the potential to be a top-notch destination.

We stayed at the Raindrops resort for 3 nights this month and it was the experience was beyond our expectations! The staff is literally the sweetest and the service is so good! I found it better than most 5 stars as well. The food is to die for! No matter wherever you stay in Wayanad, you HAVE TO come to Raindrops for the food. They serve authentic local food and it is so so yummy, made with the purest ingredients. I am vegan and the staff tried their level best to make everything vegan for me even in a set menu, while keeping the food delicious. I would give it 10 stars for food and service if I could. You have to visit Raindrops during your time in Wayanad! Sincere gratitude to the team for making our stay so wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at Raindrops Resort Wayanad. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The resort is surrounded by nature and offers many activities like trekking, birdwatching, and yoga. I especially enjoyed the spa and the pool, which were relaxing and refreshing. An unplanned trip to Waynad ended great with this last minute find we came across while hunting for stays. Nestled amidst beautiful paddy fields, this resort is a perfect getaway to experience calm and serene nature with luxury and comfort. Approach to the main gate of the resort is just a km or less drive from the main road. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered were delightful and eager to help specially Alvin. Loved his service. The rooms we stayed in were Non A/C rooms since the weather was gorgeous. Light to moderate rainfall and cloudy weather was just the right mood for this lush green resort. Their breakfast spread is limited with local Kerala delicacies which we really loved. As for the food from the menu, we'd rate that a 4 out of 5. Cleanliness is top Notch! This is one thing we appreciated the most. Overall, an amazing stay!
