This is an amazing place to chit chat with friends and to have great food at low cost and with a pleasant ambience I loved their gesture and they had such varieties of food with amazing Taste Being a vegetarian I would definitely opt this hotel for great veg foods but my friends enjoyed the non veg dishes too especially the mughal biriyani

My recent experience at Rainbow was marred by an excessively long waiting time, despite having a reservation. The restaurant seemed understaffed, resulting in slow service and delays in getting seated and receiving orders. Although the food was decent, the extended wait greatly affected the overall dining experience. I hope Rainbow addresses these issues to improve the customer experience in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant based on my recent visit due to the significant waiting time.

No one was there, the hotel was all empty and only one cashier and one waiter was there. When we ordered chapati, the waiter literally went out and got atta for chappati at that time only. We were waiting too long for the food. No water is provided, as a professional, they need to at least give us water at the waiting time. But the food was good after all.

I just loved the menu and the service of them. Clean and neat and tidy looking kalm. All the time served with hot and testy. Rate is also quite good and I regularly go there to have my lunch....

This restaurant is worst in serving food and they don't provide good food. I had ordered Grill Chicken Quarter (Rs110) and Chapathi 2 (20each). The Grill chicken came first but it was too cold. When i asked the waiter/liar reason being cold he told it was because of fan and another reason was wind from main entrance. When would these guys learn to give food to customers.

It's great to had a positive experience with the restaurant meals and found the chicken tandoori to be tasty. However, it's unfortunate that the rasam was a bit of a disappointment. Taste preferences can vary from person to person, and it's not uncommon to have different experiences with different dishes. It's possible that the particular preparation of the rasam or its flavor profile didn't align with your personal taste.

Quality and quantity of biriyani is good and hygienic environment. The dishes price is less when compared to other hotels in this area.

This restaurant was a complete disaster. The food was stale and clearly not fresh, causing stomach aches and discomfort. The customer service was apathetic and unhelpful, and the pricing was exorbitant given the quality of the food and service. On top of that, the waiting time was extremely long, and even when I finally received my food, it was not what I had ordered. The staff showed no concern for their mistake and even gave me attitude when I tried to bring it to their attention. What's even more disappointing is that the manager was also unhelpful and showed no interest in addressing the issues I faced. It's no surprise that this restaurant is often empty, given the outrageously high prices and terrible experience I had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and finding a different restaurant with better food, service, and value for money
