Rainbow Resort & Restaurant - Hotel in Saharsa - Saharsa, India

overall rainbow resort is good, everything seems ok... improvement require:- 1. AC cooling was less since rooms are in big size, should have installed ac as per room capacity or regular service of AC. 2. Mosquitos are too much even inside the room, which can't control by coil, they should do fogging in regular intervals.

I went for attending a marriage, l will go point wise what I found good and bad 1. Good 1.1 cleanness : as you know how people behave when they visit place like this but resort staff are very quickly and we'll organised they maintained the decorum very well. 1.2. Decoration: it's above the mark as per the area, i felt like i am see some Bollywood movie marriage. 2 Bad 2.1 Food: i felt this was not upto mark like coffee was without form, chicken was having too much of black paper that you can't eat, but not all categories like panner and fish was good 2.2 Location : we have kind of merged road from main road to reach this location which even Google not showing correctly, as we are reaching in night i was not able see any display board which will guide for the right directions. Note i am rating it three just because i didn't like the food and direction issue

Room is good.. Service is good.. Staff's ate well mannered

All things r very good decoration space place Management of resorts staff and resorts manager r very poor they don't care what going with you...

Excellent very helpful staff rooms are neat very spacious.. centre of the market..
