The worst gym I've ever in , The trainer isn't well experienced at all and doesn't know about the consequences of doing weight and training , also doesn't have the knowledge of proper use of Smith machine..That illiterate suggest me to do barbel row , squats and many other exercises in Smith machine , which should be avoided in Smith machine .... DON'T BE FOOL HEARING THE FEES , TRY TO FIND BETTER GYM WHERE TRAINER IS WELL SELF TRAINED AND WILL MAKE YOU PERFECT IN HIS OWN HAND ....
I am a newcommer to join RAINBOW. This is my one week to join RAINBOW.GYM distance from me very low and the place is good. Our trainer is a good person .Now I fell more better and more excited. This is really hard to built himself. But we can try more and more.
