Rainbow Hospital - Private hospital in Ghumarwin - Bilaspur, India

Recently got my mothers gol bladder surgery at rainbow, staff is very cooperative and doctor(surgeon) Mr. Shahnawaz Bhatt is very cooperative n nice person. Overall a hospital with good facilities and staff.

DO NOT GO THERE!! Their labs are generating wrong results. They gave my mother medicine for high cholesterol and she started having infection due to that. When we had her blood tested at other hospital, everything was normal. We had to go through so much. Their main aim is to earn money by hook or by crook.

Very poor service MD doctor of your hospital very poor she not behave good very poor quality and service. This hospital not good negative rating from my side

Visited this hospital 3-4 times between January and February 2022. Doctors nurses and laboratory peoples are excellent and very professional. This hospital is providing quality healthcare at a very reasonable price. other support staff sometimes exhibit beuraocratic type attitude. But Overall experience is very good.

I am very very grateful to Dr Prerna (medicine) for her guidance throughout the treatment of my grandfather. I had heard a lot of good things about her. So after being disappointed at a lot of places, I took my grandfather to her for treatment. she took really very good care of him and with her help I am able to take him home in good health. I would recommend everyone to visit her if you have any medical problems. Thank you so much Dr Prerna. God bless you and always keep you happy and healthy so that you can help many many more people like my grandfather.

We visited this place today for usg and found it very receptive. We had to go here after bad experience at NR hospital. Surprised that same USG costed us 800 Rs for which NR charges 1000Rs. Radiologist Mr Bansal was very patient friendly and explained us the whole process very well. He was so receptive that he even spoke with our Dr and made sure all checks happens as per her requirement. He did the tests as prescribed by our Dr and did not ask for unnecessary tests. The whole process took us 20 minutes. This is the kind of service one expects from private healthcare players. Good job guys. keep it up! Keep enhancing services that's what finally matter to customers.

I got stomach pain. I went to the civil hospital ghumarwin in the morning at around 6 AM but no one was there. So I decided to go to Rainbow hospital as this was my first time there. The dr checked me and asked for ultrasound. Before that they gave me two injections and glucose drip. My stomach was still hurting badly. Nearly 5 dr came and checked me. It seems like they were creating some kind of emergency. I went for ultrasound. The report of the test was about to take some time but dr called us to meet in his cabin immediately. Then he said "Its appendix and you have to get ready for operation". Me and my dad was like...Whattttt? Dr said take 10 minutes to decide and then let me know...we are not sure if Medicine will work or not...so the operation is the end solution. On asking he said, it will cost 30000 to operate. Me and my dad already know that they are trying to create emergency so that we get ready for operation. The dr told it's appendix even before the report has came. It was clearly a greedy move. Then we said we don't want operation and the attitude of dr got completely changed. He was not even talking to us properly. Then they asked my father to meet HR. The HR was saying if you have financial problems then we can talk to management and reduce the price. They were more concerned about the money, not the patient. My dad said clear no and they hand over around 4200 bills of medicine and tests. During this process my pain was reduced and i was feeling better. They tried everything to make us nervous. I was totally disappointed with their cheap mentality. They want money from you and that's it. patient just go to hell all they need from you is money. It was my first and last time to this greedy Rainbow hospital ghumarwin. I advice everyone to go to govt hospital. These private hospitals only want money.
