I am so glad that we chose rainbow hospitals over any other hospital in the town for the delivery of our baby, there couldn't have been a better place for the arrival of our lil one. Entire staff was very co-operative, the maintenance and cleanliness is top notch. No words are enough to thank Dr. Raga Sudha, there were some complications pre delivery but the way she handled the situation, the most humble, calm and kind doctor we ever met. She is a GOD to us. Thanks to Dr. Sri Latha for her advices for our baby. As this was our first child we had a lot of queries, but she calmly addressed all of our questions. Thank you so much to all the doctors and staff of Rainbow for making our special moment a memorable one. Highly recommend.

I sincerely thanking to the whole rainbow hospital staff for taking utmost care during my pregnancy , delivery and post delivery. Dr. Ragasudha mam is so good and she helped and always guided me for normal delivery. Post delivery, we are consulting Mr. Anvesh amiti , pediatrician who is also a good doctor always clarify the whatever doubt we had .Then staff Ms. Girija in labor room and Ms. Naga Ratna in children opd also very co operative.

This review is based on our experiences of 8 months of OPD and 1 week of In-patient . ----------------------------------------------- First , the Bad One In patient Billing : ( 1 Star ) - The rules are absurd . If you are going through "Cash" , be very careful otherwise unnecessarily you will end up paying , ridiculous high charges . We admitted our kid for some treatment at 8 Pm in an emergency and after a day of treatment , she was discharged at 8 pm the next day . The room charges of 2 days was billed . On my asking , they said it works from 12 pm -12 pm on the basis of a Hotel room . This is such an absurd rule for a hospital. Though after multiple requests they offered me some discount , but still I paid a good amount of money for absolutely no treatment . ---------------------------------------------- The Good , Great and Excellent one A. Doctors : ( 5 Star ) - Excellent lot of doctors. Heartfelt Thanks to Dr MVR Shailaja for making the whole pregnancy and delivery easy . Her knowledge , skills , behaviour and approachability made the whole process smooth for us . Special Thanks to Dr Anvesh and Dr Vishal for taking good care of the baby . B. Hospital : ( 5 Star ) - Top Notch. Great building, latest Equipment and world class procedures . They are in tune with recent procedures . Absolutely marvelous. Cleanliness is maintained , the canteen is decent and the staff is cordial. C. Nursing : ( 4 Star ) ICU , OT , NICU nursing is good . Ward nursing needs more improvement . Also i-amma parts also need improvement, especially related to generic cleanliness and care of patients. Overall a great hospital for expecting Mothers and Kids .

Doctors are good, but post delivery care is not good, we have to call them and remind them everytime, even for pediatricians visit post surgery also charged as consultation charges, too commercial, they mentioned charges for medicine will be there, but when I see bill it includes all the things used during surgery like gloves, head masks.. even post surgery they come for lactation, that also charged, if we say baby is feeling cold or shivering, doctor will come during rounds, for that also consultation charges. Weight is also taken wrong, every time we need to go and remind sisters for at least 3 times. They will not come and always say they have an emergency and we need to remind multiple times. Not satisfied for the price and services. And each time each sister say in a different way. Too commercial, not worthy services for that price. Doctors are good, I see most people preferring RagaSudha madam.

Dr. Raga Sudha Ma'am is one of the best and the doctor is having so much patience ever met till now. She never hurries when it comes to appointments she patiently clarifies all your doubts with a hearty smile and responds to all calls even at odd hours while guiding us how to handle the situation. We had good experience till now in hospital (OPD) also for booking an appointment, appointment for scanning and also got good support from those who are in service team in health City during assistance for payment to test.

Had a really good experience in the rainbow hospital. Dr Niharika has helped to clear all the questions and doubts my wife had and made it all smooth for the delivery process.& Dr Shrilatha is the one whom we conaulted for the new born. She was really helpful in every detail. Thank you.

One of the worst service I saw in this hospital. Nursing staff and cleaning staff never came to the room to check baby and mother is doing fine or not. Even if we call they used to come 30mins late. I never saw such nursing staff where they don't know how to pick the blood from babies. For phototherapy treatment just they kept and left within 14hrs not even asked like everything is going fine or not. In Bangalore Rainbow the service is good which i expected same in Vizag health city branch also but it is not as expected.Sorry to say this now I will not recommend anyone to this branch.
