Doctor : Pallavi Atluri Very good experience. Very Happy with doctor appointments and delivery. Doctor is very friendly, She took time to listen and explain me all the process and issues I have. She is very cool and positive, It helped me a lot throughout the pregnancy. Had normal delivery and team helped me a lot. All the process and suggestions for baby are good. Very good hospital for pregnancy and mothers for Normal delivery.
Worst experience at vijayawada rainbow hospital they show me like a tagore cinema, I went to hospital for my 3 years baby girl at 4am for head ache and fever they suggested to admit immediately, I said yesterday other hospital they diagnosis all tests reports results nothing is there. Those reports didn't consider and they didn't suggest anything, their intention is admit immediately we will do like, don't treat commercial...... Rainbow management Please look into this matter
Disastrously understaffed. Only one nurse who looks after registration, sending patients to doctor and does vaccines. Not a real Rainbow service. Management of the hospital must be rejuvenated. I never recommend this hospital for the people who value their time. It took 3.5 hours to get vaccinated. Just avoid. Update on 10th July 2021 :- we have visited facilities again today hoping that things would improve however no action taken in spite of their below reply. Doctor supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM as first appointment is scheduled at that time. Its 11:35 AM now and no doctor is available in hospital. Many parents with infants waiting for OP.

I visited this hospital to get vaccination for my 1 month old daughter. And Unfortunately I didn't had a good experience with this branch. - Hospital is crowded, lacks proper management of visitors - Vaccination : Dr Vijay seemed confident during the vaccination, but the way he injected doesn't look painless and so my daughter cried like hell, and then for the second one there was bleeding from her right thigh for which the nurse vaguely applied cotton and left. So I had to chase her to apply some more cotton. I didn't face such kind of unprofessional issues with Hyderabad branches.
