The owners of ghansholi sector 11 cidco society and all suffer too much with mosquitoes The children play ground also become a dumping from all sides so please save the lake save the nature

Beautiful large water with aquatic birds. Needs removal of plants because if it is eutrophication, then it can pose danger to aquatic life and the ecosystem of the pond. Can be developed as an ecotourism spot because of its proximity to the Ghansoli mangroves.Located very close to the Palm Beach Road.
Its sad that we are destroying natural beauty & resource... We as humans don't care for nature & use things as per our convenience. There is strong possibility this pond will be encroached by CISCO/Builder lobby to build something of commercial value considering the flats around it are now costing 1.5 to 2 crores.... In fact the builders & brokers are openly sayving the pond will be gone soon & you can see dumping going around it.!! Not sure how can it be saved
It was considerably large few years ago. Builders have dumped their waste in the pond and ruined it. It has also shrunk in size due to dumping. Water is stinking now. Govt authority must punish the builders of near by buildings for damaging this
