We recently stayed at the Rain Park hotel for two days in deluxe room. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. The restaurant had limited food options available despite having an extensive menu. Whenever we requested items for lunch or dinner, we were informed that they were not available. Additionally, there was no room service to deliver food to our room, which was inconvenient. Moreover, during power outages, only the lights had backup, not the fan. This lack of proper airflow made the room feel suffocating. AC was also not upto the mark. When we requested an extra bed, we were assured it would be delivered, but it never arrived. Overall, considering the price and the area, we felt that our stay at the hotel was not worth the money.

"A hotel without AC". Rather, hotel with AC but without willingness to use it. Located in one of the hottest states of India and close to the coast line, makes this a very hot and humid place. Apparently the staff has been directed by the owners/management to save power by either not turning on the AC or if the guests ask to turn it on at 25+ degrees only. That's inhumane to say the least for a hot & humid location like this. To them it doesn't matter if the guests are inconvenienced due to excessive heat. We had rented three rooms for a night. Initially I thought only my room AC was not working, but upon asking for a change in room, I realised all other rooms in the hotel had similar issue with the AC. In the morning when we assembled for breakfast, even the restaurant's AC was switched off. By now I had enough of it and could not bear the heat any longer. Upon shouting they turned it on and revealed that this was an instruction from the management. Upon telling them that I was going to write a Google review, they were least concerned and expressed helplessness. This could have been a great hotel but for this inhuman attitude of the owners. The management could charge few hundreds extra and give required comfort to the guests. The management should realise that they are in hospitality industry and ensuring a guests comfort is essential to this industry. You cannot be energy efficient at the cost of your guest's comfort. The management has got the whole concept of being energy efficient wrong. I DO NOT recommend a stay here due to this careless attitude, travellers should give a miss to this hotel and show the owners the power of being a customer.

This hotel is very waste of money in staying . Ac are not working and charged AC price rooms are good but room inside noting in side of things. Ex . Soap, water bottle, towel etc.. noting In there. If they any ask talks very rudely answer of guests . In there hotel one Manger is there, he don't know how to deal with customers . He was talks very rudely and using of bad words .her name Mr. LoKESH ,he is Manger .hotel staff is good. service boys are very good staff are very humble behavior. Manger is the not good in that hotel and one more thing in there hotel lot of rats in ther . I recommend in this hotel accommodation waste of money ... I was very bad experience in that hotel .

The hotel is best option in sullurpeta. No other hotel of this quality available. Rooms needs to maintained better.

It's like a pleasant surprise. Such a hotel at Sullurpeta was unexpected. Well appointed rooms, good rate and services makes it probably the best hotel there.

Worst hotel and manager lokesh is unprofessional. After confirming my booking via phone and taking my details on WhatsApp and confirming the room, he is later saying that room is not available. Worst service. Don't visit

Very nice hotel! Standard room model followed. All the basic facilities provided like Kettle, milk powder, tea, coffee and sugar packets, etc. Central AC. NO extra disturbances. Cool maintenance. For a couple, charged 3300/- for 24 hours. But it's worth staying if you want some peaceful time.
