Slow clerical activities. took much time for ticket booking . If you planned for book more ticket you will be disappointed as in each counter the clerical staff only help you by booking 2 ticket only, if you demand more, you have to stand in another queue as like before where you stood before and further. Only at a time 3 booking counter is working including one for ladies customers. Any form of online payments are not accessible most of the time.
Personally I will not recommend you to come here for Railway ticket reservation, better you reserve your ticket online or through any agent.
