The most pathetic staffs to ever hold in a place !! While denying their catering and decor request they made sure to give us hell lot of problems. Upon questioning on issues, they openly gave threats and said so many cheap things to my family. To further cause trouble they sent multiple of their staffs to increase the plate count when the event was ongoing !!! NOT only them not cooperating from day 1 after promising they will work along smoothly they made sure ur guest face the terror too. They didnt even switch on AC when we have booked AC hall and failed to provide some basic things like table for the main program event despite being fully informed about it beforehand . They'd rather ur guest suffer too !! Was so disgusted with their approach manner and how they treat. DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST THEM as they behave so cheaply upon rejecting their stupid decor and catering services . Despite having a good space, the people who manage are cheap and pathetic to the core. Definitely corrupt heart people waiting to throw insults at the name of service rather than doing work or cooperating! WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE to experience such painful and disgusting turn of events. They really do stand up for all their bad reviews unfortunately. Plenty of good places to book for a peacfull event now and sure as hell gonna SKIP THIS AWFUL PLACE.
