Horrible management especially oncologist section. Junior doctors are arrogant and manner less. Someone by name Mohith in oncology Room #5) was carelessly addressing patients during the Thursday visit to oncologist. They do not guide patients if there is a change in process and make them wait for hours.

Out patients department for lalaguda central hospital. For retired employees mainly its a good facility to see doctor. Morning session only 100op patients are entertained or up to 10am tokens are issued. For retired employees no restriction. For pharmacy also token need to be taken and having a good que management system. For need of wheel chair we need to hadover our id card at casuality block and can have one. At evening session speciality doctors are available each day one like cardio nephrology urology etc. For that the tokens are issued at evening 3-30 but need to hand over our medical book around ten to eleven. Its has only 40tokens issued.

We went to hospital for railway job holders. Surrounding places are very peaceful. Good nature

Stupid hospital. Even in this digital age they don't even have the basic facility of giving appointment through railway telephone or BSNL. And nobody attends the general telephone. Officers are given preferential treatment and patients who has personal clout get referred to corporate hospitals. Even for a simple appointment with doctor personal influence works. Doctors have been and still write their diagnosis and prescriptions in shabby railway books as if we are living in British era without even the slightest of inclinations on part of administration to computerize patient's records and they don't even collect email id of patients. Consulting Doctors don't trust the diagnostic tests of the hospital and often rightly advise the patients to get tests done outside. Diagnosis are given nonchalantly as if lives of lower rung personnel do not matter. Many employees get themselves medically decategorized by either brining the Doctors or using personal clout. And many employees get sick certificate at will by their personal rapport with the hospital whenever they want to absent themselves to relax or to avoid an unwanted transfers. All in all medical department of railways is badly needs to be shut down because they are not only giving poor service but also blocking the possibility for the railway employees to get a far greater medical facilities conveniently via CGHS. Railways like in many other things is wasting crores of rupees in feeding this lazy, corrupt white elephant.

No drinking water. We have to buy water bottle from canteen. No cleaned toilets for outpatients.. Cleaning staff are very rude.
