Clean, neat and hygienic environment in railway hospital but treatment process is too slow. Some of the staff feels like the incharge of the hospital and behaves very aggressively.
Recently railway hospital started new building for OP and it has comfortable chambers for each medical department and arranged new entry at back side of the hospital to go to OP department. Railway hospital affiliated to some of the corporate hospitals for obtaining services of complicated medical issues.
Finally important thing is this hospital is exclusively for railway staff and their family members only. There is no treatment for other than railway families.

My dad was admitted with covid infection. The main doctor who visits once a day is very knowledgeable and shares all information straightforward. The sisters and staff are very lazy and do not care or wabt to take responsibility of patients. We were asked to goto patient in covid ward to deliver any food items. When my dad was facing severe symptoms like confusion and could fall down due to oxygen saturation going low, they said they cant look after him and thatwe should sit with him in ICU 24 hrs to check on him. We had to immediately shift him out. Very irresponsible and arrogant staff. For milk issues its recommended but for severe health issues, its better to not come here.
There was no proper cleaning in bathrooms and halls.my husband joined for dengue fever.they are not collected blood samples daily for platelets count.same doctor will not come every day.one doctor saying you have enough platelets count you will discharge.on another day another doctor tolding you Don't have enough platelets count.please don't confuse Patients regarding health conditions. No proper reply from doctors, nurses regarding health condition.please don't join in this hospital if patient suffering with serious health issues
