Recently visited Rail Coach Restaurant, intrigued by its unique rail coach theme. While the setting was enjoyable, the same couldn't be said for the food. The taste fell short of expectations, and considering the prices, the culinary experience didn't justify the expense. Service, unfortunately, was another area of disappointment. The waitstaff and manager appeared disengaged, lacking the attentiveness expected in a dining establishment. It felt as though customer satisfaction wasn't a top priority. So it is hard to justify a return visit or recommend it enthusiastically.
The food is nice and delicious, but the service can be frustratingly slow. On weekends, be prepared to wait for at least 30-45 minutes to secure seats inside the railway coach; otherwise, you can opt for outdoor seating. The only downside is that the starter prices are somewhat higher compared to similar options available outside.
The main course rates are reasonable, and cleanliness and hygiene is there. However, it's worth noting that you often have to remind the waiter about your orders.
Unprofessional and arrogant staff. They don't know how to speak to customers. Staff doesn't care for guest and rudely speaks to customers. Ambience is quite good but behaviour of staff makes it worthless.
One should not visit here for getting insulated by hotel staff. Food is also not that much great. Taste is ok.
The food was tasty. Service was a Lil late earlier but later when the crowd was out. They served it well n quickly. IT IS A VEG + NON-VEG RESTAURANT. Also, the rates are a little on the pricey side.
The overall vibe of the place was good, staff members were quite rude though, food was pretty average.

We went to the Rail Coach restaurant on weekend and found it pretty loaded inside the coaches, however we took the table at platform which was also good.
Ambience is amazing they have designed the restaurant very nicely by keeping very small things in mind. A good vibe restaurant and quality of food was also good.
