I preferred buying Lucifer brand 21 gear cycle which was sold on the next second when I left the store, the moment my son confirmed that he likes the cycle I had given a confirmative call to Raikar sales for booking on my son's name, my bad luck the cycle was sold to more prominent decision maker buyer. Mr. Vinay owner of Raikar sales could able to sense the responsibility of completing my commitment to my son for his birthday and yes he stepped out of his comfort and made resources/Logistics which worked in my favour and we got our scratch less cycle on time . I recently ordered a cycle from Bangalore, Karnataka for my nephews birthday. The owner went out of their way to deliver within 2 hours of booking in Goa. The cycle has been working very much fine and has been bought at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend this store as they have good varities of product, good customer support as well as they offer quick delivery in the town.

I have recently purchased a bicycle from here..Good recommendation from owner, great service and timely delivery.

Firstly, the store had a great selection of bikes. My daughter walked in and made her selection within 5 seconds ;) The challenge was we didn't have a car to take the bike home as we had come by rickshaw. Raiker not only helped us by preparing the bike and checking its condition, but also quickly resolved our problem by offering to put the new bike in a 2nd rickshaw so we could go home and receive it. Quick thinking/problem solving and good service => delighted customers => successful business.
