Excellent equipment and staff that respects your space. In times of Covid I'd say pretty flamboyant with their efforts in hygiene as well. All in all one of those places you'd be pretty enthusiastic for a smashing workout. And extra one star for music selection which is unlike other gyms in town.

Worst gym ever ! Management behaviour is not good . They try their best to demotivate their r clients to buy their personal trainers . Do not join this GYm !!!

The environment is great, trainers are friendly, attentive, and supportive in nature, and what I personally liked about RAIDEN is individuality (you never feel uncomfortable while training as every member is great in minding their own business). You will also find motivation when you see your co-members are training intense to push their limits. Manager is great in attending every member equally Requirements: Please provide the missing dumbbell of 30kg , 1 pair of 22.5kg dumbbells Suggestions: the place of the Power Squat Rack should be changed as it may cause injuries to someone who didn't remember. Ideal Timing : (i) If you wanted a crowded environment (8 am - 10 am & 7 pm - 9 pm). (ii) if you like uncrowded vibes (6 am - 8 am, 5 pm - 7 pm & after 9 pm ). Overall: Best gym in Kolar for strength and cardio, get a membership to be a part of the Raiden family...you won't regret it. Also, you will get effective results if you strictly follow what trainers want you to. Thank me later

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend to checkout this gym.

Coming to Raiden has been the best thing that happened to me since the hit of pandemic. Sanitisation being at top of their priority list, there has been no compromise to the workout and working out environment. Gym is spacious and the fitness trainers are at top of their skills. Happy Customer
