Very bad experience. . Never recommend anyone to purchase from there. Very bad customer service especially the front office staff and supervisor... every time under warranty and free service when ever i go they are giving heavy bills and telling us 'this won't cover in warranty and free service'. Also if some times we are filling an issue or complaint, they will start arguing and shouting at the customers. I brought a Destini from there on jan 2019.. till now everytime starting trouble comes till today. .. Today i ask them for the detailed complaint report they refussed to give the same and the front office girl started shouting also. ..So please ever go to RAHUL MOTORS VARKALA and never recommend anyone to go there. . I don't know why this 'HERO' people are using them as theur dealers by reading thos much of poor customer services and poor reviews.
Worst place, don't buy anything from here. Always giving false commitment. They don't make payment to the suppliers.
