If u ask how the hostel means worst pg I had ever saw in my life time. Food & water is very very worst if u eat means dysentery will come no proper response money minded pg kindly req pls don't come to this hostel. In this site food photos all are fake very very worst food.if u come means daily u will eat tablets
Worst pg I have seen ever. The food was not good. Water quality also not well. Their attitude also not good.
My frds stay this hostel food atmosphere, available wifi,clean rooms perfect place for bachelor,but food is normal ,not very good tasty
Actually am from Kerala and i came for studies.. At first i saw so many pgs but when you enter to that u will smell very bad.. So i was tensed.. At that time i searched in google and i found this pg.. When i went to this pg it was very neat and clean.. Then i decided to go there... It is 900mtr from Vadapalani metro and 800mtr from Arumbakkam metro.. Place is very calm and quite.. U can easily access buses within 500 metres... As a Keralian food is ok for me.. They are making south indian foods.. 24hrs water.. Wifi...Drinking water.. Washing machine.. The Rent is the best thing.. In other pgs you can find rent + separate Electricity bill.. But here both EB is already included in the rent.. So no addition charges... Neglect the negative comments.. For me this is the best, pg...

No proper response, no proper maintenance, no proper food.
No television,
No tea or milk will not be provided if we ask for tea or milk,they ask 1000 rupees extra charge.
In the joining the will treat in kindly manner, after that when more people joined their behaviour will be arrogant, if we say any issue they will say if want u can stay means or else u can vacate.
One of the main thing is very worst WiFi connection, wifi will not work properly.
As the management only for money minded, they will never ask what are issues going in the hostel, what facilities should we improve, they will never ask.
Rent also very high.
Facility is good and easily accessible from 100ft road. Food is awesome after the change with Management recently. Additional fans have been provided which was not there before. Overall Looks better now.
