These guys are dead serious about the sport. The coach is a great guy and will help athletes push their limits. Its money well spent as they also have a Hijama/ cupping therapist whose services can be availed, and thet also have a tie up with a dietician. All rounders in short. Keep up the good work guys.

Something I've been looking for years and my wish fulfilled. RUFF is undoubtedly one of the best thing in Goa. Coach Rahim is a professional fighter and the 2 hour gruelling MMA training is awesome. Though there are many others who come here for general fitness only.

Everything about the Gym is Great- The Classes are taught by the Coach Rahim himself. You get to learn everything under one roof for e.g. Boxing,Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling & Juddo. I joined RUFF MMA 2 months back and I was able to loose 10 kgs in 25 days with the help of a dietitian and proper training by Coach Rahim, who is always there to motivate. The atmosphere is great and also a great place if you have fitness goals. Everyone is so friendly and Coach will always take time to speak to us and teach the techinque in detail. I have been with Team Rahim while down in Goa, and am so impressed by both the coach that I have no words. Hes a youngster, dedicated so much to the sport in a world thats out to earn money, its amazing. They have a Hijama therapist as well, and a Nutritionist if needed, and one cannot ask for more. The guy is so full of knowledge in the field, and so is the therapist. They are just amazing people doing some amazing work. I look forward to training with them in December when I visit Goa again .

An excellent gym, Rahim is a fantastic coach who provides superb classes in BJJ/MMA/Muay Thai/Boxing. I had a fantastic time training at this gym whilst I was in Goa and recommend it fully to anyone considering training!

Rahim is an extremely talented coach.. and his passion is evident from the way he trains his students. It's always a fun session at the gym. Most of the equipments are available. The gym offers a wide variety of training sessions, including boxing, CrossFit, Muay Thai, and judo.
