Stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious but not up to the mark. Service was also not good. No housekeeping service was provided. Not recommended at all.
One of the few options to stay in Balrampur. The food offered here was fresh and tasty. Room service was also satisfactory.

The room size was good however The bathroom washbasin was leaking and smelling. The geyser was very old and was completely rusted. Didn't feel safe while using it. The bedsheets were not clean and hygienic and room furniture was also very old and untidy.
I was charged and they gave me executive room of rs instead of deluxe room of rs. I had booked for three person and i was given two persons bed only.
Very good place for stay and for meeting for marriage for any kind of parties very spacious and good locality its on main road.
For budget travellers it is a good hotel. It is run by government of UP, UP tourism Dept. As compared to other government, this is well managed infrastructure. Food is also available, not too much variety but food is good. Management of hotel should look in to cleaning of the premise.
