Big CHEATS !! Fraud Group!! We had invested in year 2016 in Raheja plot of 275 square yards. They were supposed to complete the project and deliver by 2019 but now it's 2023, there is no construction going on and even OC is not received for Aranya Project. The staff is totally unaware of what's going on with the project and tell lies on our face.They are fraudsters and have eaten our hard earned money. Please do not go with them if you want your money safe!
Frauds. Beware everyone. I took loan from some people, and now am being threatened. Raheja ate all the money and today they insulted our family at their office. They should be arrested. Many innocent investors are feeling helpless. The govt of India, CBI and ED needs to intervene. They are planning to leave the country.

The place is far off from main Gurgaon and located in sector 14 Sohna. The township is just about average, since it being really far from Gurgaon and Delhi. Although, to sell the units here, the developers are terming it as South of Gurgaon, but if we see the ground realities, this isn't the case. Although infrastructure is shaping up rapidly, the prices of the property isn't going up proportionately.
