I used to go there form very beginning & Kohinoor was my favourite, at that time price was also reasonable. But now after changing the staffs,, I didn't like the service ,, they have increased the price too much. I generally used to go there for hair spa,, last time they did dandruff treatment with a normal water solution & without using a electric comb.. I decided not to go there anymore..miss kohinoor

Rahee's hair stylist was very good, they provided good and nice service. The stylist was very nice and sweet with everyone. Must visit to the studio.

Bad service, worse service people. Don't know how to deal with customers. Would not recommend it to anyone. One female hair dresser acts over smart, and needs more training not just in service but also on how to talk with customers .
I had a great experience at their salon. Not only the ambiance was very warm and welcoming, they were also experts in their field. In addition to that they use high-quality products to provide various services at ultra-affordable rates. Highly recommended !!

Got a haircut & hair spa done. The hair was cut just like I demanded, as per my instruction. The hair spa was also satisfactory. Special mention to Pankaj & Arati - thanks for your friendly & caring service. Happy with the overall service but doubtful about the price - online and in-salon prices vary. I did not get the haircut and spa at the same price as it was mentioned in the Instagram advertisement. On their instagram page haircut was 99 and spa was 499, but they actually charged me the double. Not sure why there was a difference.

The service was very good. Got manicure and pedicure and shampoo done. The shampoo was done very patiently and blowdry later. The manicure and pedicure was also done really well. Would visit again.
