The trainer here is really good with he does. He takes sessions based on what you would like to train for. He runs sessions for weight loss and fitness programs for an hour for male and female separately and alternatively. They have a spacious area for working out and also good variety of equipments. He also gives you a diet chart to follow for better results. It opens by 5am and closes by 7-8pm (I'm not sure the closing time though). If good gym with good trainer is your preference then top your list with this gym.
Trainer is rock solid-military trained, certified professional, good at understanding how each individual body is responsive to workouts as well as diet, very capable of suggesting how to tone body and any muscle cramps relief. Friendly at the same time strict at pushing your limits. Overall this place is hygienic, well equipped, certified pro, adequate parking, enough space, well organised, a/c, water, organised sessions, 5* & must go place.

This gym is kind of a lifesaver to me. It will be open even on most of the public holidays so that you need not force yourself to skip just for holiday sake if you are that serious about your daily workout plans. If you are staying outside and visit Khammam for a week on holidays and want to continue your workout, you will be charged 200 rupees for one week.
