Bus was excellent, we reached before time, good AC, just one problem they told you to take luggage under the bus and they don't help allow you to keep luggage in luggage place cos they have lots of goods to transport and passengers have to suffer by bringing heavy luggage bags under the bus below our seats
Overall travelling experience is good, but big and major problem is the stopage bus take is stop is the pathetic place (Always Kanaiya group) not at all clean nor at all safe for elders specially in monsoon seasons it's all of mud and water so dangerous to stop here.
I had booked a cabin from Surat to Dhoraji and when I asked to open the middle seat to sit in the cabin as per convenience, the conductor misbehaved and even though there was space at the back, I had to sit in the front cabin and there were others who came from behind. If people got seat even without booking and I didn't get seat then what can be the reason for such discrimination???
Dont go in these bus .. they dont have time value Always late .. and they take parcels more than paseengers and they waste 40 minutes for carrying parcels in to their buses. Staff is not that good .. they dont know how to write a passengers name in tickets booking.just waste of money better you wait one day or two just go in another buses ...
